  • 【NEWXIN YUAN】Xin Yuan technical service personnel arrivedat Chai Tai Group--Chai Tai Conti (Chenghai) Co., Ltd on 7th March，2016 for upgrading the old pulverizer. After complete the upgradingwork, it had been tested and accepted on 10th April 2016.


ChaiTai Conti (Chenghai) Co., Ltd had a set of Muyang SWFL130E, which capacity andthe fineness couldn’t meet the requires for production so that it was necessary toupgrading the old pulverizer.




【NEWXIN YUAN】 After complete the upgrading work, it hadbeen tested and accepted on 10th April 2016.




Afterupgrading, the capacity of MuyangSWFL130E had increased by 53%.




Productivity test before upgrading:

Feed type: 994# shrimp & crab feed

Fineness: 81% pass 60 mesh

Capacity: 3 t/h

Productivity test after upgrading:

Feed type: 994# shrimp & crab feed

Fineness: 80% pass 60 mesh

 Capacity: 4.6 t/h
