Wuhan Guoxiong Feed Technology Co., Ltd. (New Hope Liuhe) placed an order with our company for a Xin Yuan SWFL150 ultrafine crusher (main power: 160Kw) in November 2016. On May 18, 2017, a follow-up production capacity test was conducted as follows:

Crayfish feed: 95.2% of 80 mesh, with a production capacity of 6.12 t/h.

On May 18, 2017, the technical service team of 【NEW XIN YUAN】 arrived at Wuhan Guoxiong Feed Technology Co., Ltd. to provide follow-up services for this year.

【NEW XIN YUAN】 Technical personnel entered the equipment site, observed the operation of the equipment, recorded equipment problems, and carried out maintenance work.

3. Checked the vibration condition of the micro host: normal

4. Checked the temperature of the main spindle of the ultrafine pulverizer host: normal

5. Checked the condition of the crushing accessories of the ultrafine pulverizer host: the gear ring, hammer, and wear-resistant plate were worn normally

6. Checked the settling chamber of the ultrafine pulverizer host: no material residue

7. Checked the condition of the conveyor belt of the micro host: the tension was appropriate

8. Checked the condition of the pulse dust collector: normal, no air leakage
