Changde Da Bei Nong Feed Co., Ltd. has had multiple exchanges and cooperation with our company in the field of ultrafine pulverizer systems and equipment accessories. At the end of 2015, they ordered a set of Xin Yuan 150 ultrafine pulverizer systems (with a main power of 160KW) from our company, which were installed in early January 2016.

【NEW XIN YUAN】Xin Yuan technical service personnel arrived at Changde Da Bei Nong Feed Co., Ltd on 15th Apr., 2016 for acceptance of SWFL150 ultrafine pulverizer system (the host power is 160 KW).

After completing a series of inspection and maintenance work, the technical service personnel of 【NEW XIN YUAN】 began conducting production capacity acceptance tests.

Appointed acceptance criteria: raw materials after a crushing using 1.8 sieve, 80% pass 80 mesh, production capacity of 7 tons / hour or more.

Acceptance of capacity results:

(i): The raw material is primary crushed with 1.8 sieve, 97% pass 80 mesh, and the production capacity is 6.06 t/h.

(ii): The raw material is primary crushed with 1.8 sieve, the grass carp material, 90% pass 80 mesh, and the capacity is 7.68 t/h.

So far, New Xin Yuan SWFL150 ultrafine pulverizer system (host power 160KW) of Changde Da Bei Nong Feed Co., Ltd. was successfully accepted on April 21, 2016, the acceptance results are in line with the agreed acceptance criteria, the new machine and equipment are running smoothly, and the acceptance results are up to standard.
