Huai'an New Hope Feed Co., Ltd. ordered a set of Xin Yuan SWFL150 ultrafine pulverizer system (main power: 160KW) from our company in January 2016, and another set of Xin Yuan SWFL150 ultrafine pulverizer system (main power: 160KW) from our company in April of the same year.

Capacity acceptance in March 2016:

Fish feed 8353 #: 81.5% pass 60 mesh, production capacity of 10.82 t/h.

【NEW XIN YUAN】Xin Yuan technical service personnel inspected and maintained the equipment from outside to inner structures in the local workshop.

Main body of pulverizer: no abnormalities of appearance; running stably with low noise.

Discharge device of foreign objects: normal adjust for air supplement door

Aspiration system: no wear and air leakage,  reasonable design for bent duct

Pulse dust collector: no abnormalities with equipment; no air leak

Internal inspection of equipment

Tooth ring, hammer, wear-resistant plate: normal

Grading wheel: normal without any sticky materials

Settling chamber: a few of residuum

Coupling: no fracture or looseness

Pulse sleeve: intact inside, without adhesive material

Cylinder: no water accumulation

【NEW XIN YUAN】After a series of inspection and maintaining, that your company's current system equipment running normally, we give some suggestions as below:

1.Clean the inner structure of pulverizer timely. Adjust the air supplement door properly according to feed.

2. Check the process of pulverizer, pulse dust collector and flexible connection of solenoid valve on schedule. Pay attention to the pressure and ponding condition of pulse air cylinder.

3. The test of fineness should according to strict standard of quality control.

4. Technologist should inspect the inner structure and working processing every day. Check whether the rough grinding sieve is broken or not and keep record.
