In late May 2016, technical service personnel from 【NEW XIN YUAN】arrived at Taiwan Grobest Feed (Indonesia) Joint-stock Company to conduct capacity acceptance work on six Xin Yuan SWFL110 ultrafine pulverizers (with a main power of 110KW).

After arriving at the equipment site, the technical service personnel of 【NEW XIN YUAN】quickly carried out the preparation work before acceptance, from the various systems of the entire equipment to the internal accessories of the equipment, carefully inspected and maintained one by one, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and the scientific and effective acceptance data.

Technical service personnel from 【NEW XIN YUAN】and production personnel from Taiwan Grobest Feed (Indonesia) Joint-stock Company entered the equipment site together to inspect and adjust the pulverizer system equipment.

Appointed acceptance criteria: raw materials after primary crushing using 1.5 sieve, crushing South American white shrimp material, 95% pass 80 mesh, production capacity of 3.3 t/h or more.

Acceptance of capacity results:

(ⅰ): raw materials after a crushing using 2.4 sieve, crushing South American white shrimp material, 91.5% pass 80 mesh, the capacity of 5.07 t/h.

(ⅱ): raw materials after a crushing using 2.4 sieve, crushing South American white shrimp material, 96.8% pass 80 mesh, capacity of 3.75 t/h

So far, New Xin Yuan SWFL110 ultrafine pulverizer of Taiwan Grobest Feed (Indonesia) Joint-stock Company was successfully accepted on May 26, 2016, acceptance results in line with the agreed acceptance criteria, the new machine equipment running smoothly, acceptance results up to standard.
