3.COFCO Feed (Xinyi) Co., Ltd. ordered a set of Xin Yuan SWFL170B ultrafine pulverizer system (host power 220KW) from our company in March 2020.On May 22, 2020, we carried out capacity acceptance work on a set of Xin Yuan SWFL170B Ultrfine pulverizer system (host power 220KW):

Pelletized fish material 80.9% pass 80 mesh, with a capacity of 16.55t/h;

The content of this service inspection is reported as follows.

1.Pulverizer host (check the appearance of the equipment, noise, vibration, belt tension, motor oiling)

2.Ultrafine pulverizer host internal (check the hammer head, wear plate, tooth ring, crushing board, impeller classifier, settling chamber, airflow guiding ring)

3.Feeding system (up and down to make up the adjustment of the wind door, feed arch breaker, feed drive)

4. The pulverizer aspiration system (check the air duct, cyclone, cyclone buffer hopper, airlock, pulse internal, cylinders, solenoid valves, compressed air pressure, pneumatic and manual butterfly valves, high-pressure fan outlets, soft connections, silencers, oil filling)

6. Coarse powder sampling test (sampling material 100g after 40 mesh screen for sieve testing, resulting in coarse crushing fineness)

7. Ultrafine pulverizer sampling test (according to the test requirements of ultrafine crushed material sampling test; sampling weighing 100g; quality control site using an 80-mesh sieve for sieve testing, resulting in ultrafine crushing fineness)

8. Moisture testing (before and after the ultrafine crushed materials to do moisture comparison)
