Description

        This is a kind of inlaid alloy resistant plate for ultrafine pulverizer to improve the service life of the wear-resistant plate. It is welded together with the wear-resistant plate by brazing, and is tempered after welding, with a flat welding surface, firm welding and strong wear resistance. By inlaying cemented carbide sheets on the wearable parts of the wear-resistant plate and utilizing the wear resistance of the cemented carbide sheets, the service life of the wear-resistant plate can be improved, the replacement cycle of the wear-resistant plate can be prolonged, the production capacity can be increased and prevent the wear-resistant plate from being worn through and wear the crushing disc.
